3 WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR HOME FOR THE SUMMER...

1) Protect all your exterior wood: From furniture and decks to fences and siding, wood adds a touch of understated natural beauty to the exterior of your home. Wood also takes a lot of abuse from rain, snow, and sun. Keep them in good shape by staining or sealing them.

2) Replace windows that have broken seals or simply improve the quality of the glass. If you notice that your windows are "fogging," chances are the seal is broken and you need to do some replacing. You don't have to change the entire window, just the glass to avoid high costs. Replacing drafty single pane windows with insulated, double pane vinyl windows is a great way to save energy, reduce noise, and improve the look of your home.

3) Add insulation: Another way to reduce your utility bills, both summer and winter, is to make sure your attic has plenty of insulation.

Enjoy the summer!!!
